Ceremonies and introductions were held before each of the exhibition games Friday and Saturday between the Pittsburgh Pirates and the Toronto Blue Jays…
It’s ironic that the Pittsburgh Pirates, Mr Oliver’s first team, and the Toronto Blue Jays, Mr Oliver’s last team and the Montreal Expos, the team with which Mr Oliver had his best year, all coming together at one venue…Fantastic!!!…
Former Expos, along with Mr Oliver in attendance were, Andre Dawson, Dennis Martinez, Dave Palmer, Jeff Reardon, Rondell White, Cliff Floyd and Bob Bailey just to name a few…
